MIA…

Well I don’t know if any of you noticed or not, but I have been missing for the last couple of days. Yep, that’s right, I have been having a life :)

And fun.

I took a roadtrip to Victoria this weekend. I was going to leave Friday but of course it snowed and I never went. Saturday turned out to be amazing though, and I was promised that the evening would be fun if I chose to show up.

I nearly didn’t go.

Then I thought, ya know what? You only live once. What if I don’t go and I miss a killer good time with a really great guy.

So I went.

And yes, this was date number two :) And yes…I had FUN !!

I am not telling you anything else, I don’t want to scare the shit out of him that I will be blogging about him. I won’t be.

I stayed with my bestie Cathy while I was there, I would tell you that story, but she will totally kill me.

Let’s just say, no one is going to sneak into her room to tell her how the date went, and leave the room without having a jammer because no one TOLD her best friend that if you wake her up by softly calling her name and touching her gently, she will scream at the top of her lungs like a freaking banshee…and like you are killing her. Someone needs to make that girl a sign for the door, seriously.

And…she is gonna kill me.

So all in all, it was a hilarious, fun and most excellent, though short trip :) Other than the near death experience on the drive back to Courtenay it was all good. One other learning curve of the weekend, was that when it is slushing on the way home, and everyone is only going 80 km in the slow lane…stay in the slow lane, because the slush you are going to cross over into, is really ice, and you could nearly lose it off of the freeway onto the median of grass doing said 80 km an hour, thankfully, I held it together and drove out of it. Lesson learned.

I have also been thinking that the blogging is maybe not going to be as frequent as it has been prior to now…I have definitely decided that the weekends have become a challenge for me to blog on. Last year I blogged pretty much every single day, but that is what having no life will do to you.

I am hoping that is all going to change. Seriously. As much as I love you all, you don’t give very good hugs…and I am thinking that I may have found a partner in crime :)

But I am not blogging about him…really.
