These are by far my favorite Halloween treat!!
Easy to make and good for you too :)

1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
Combine the margarine, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds. Mix thoroughly and place in shallow baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Ahh, the yearly classic! Due to low trick-or-treater traffic in my neighbourhood (we had the bell ring twice, once for two university students looking for canned goods for the poor and two kids came together with their parents and looked absolutely horrified by my alien mask… let the Hallowe'en nightmares begin!), we went with the back-up steel pumpkin this year. We might go to the store today to pick up a couple of "feeder" pumpkins today at bargain prices!

Interesting about the Worcestershire sauce. I love roasted pumpkin seeds but never tried it with the sauce before. I'll give that a whirl this evening!
