Munchie Mondays~Homemade Banana Ice Cream

Munchie Mondays~Homemade Banana Ice Cream

This is the easiest and absolutely most delicious recipe I would never have thought of …

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas sliced in pieces (slice them before you freeze them)
  • 2 tbsps sweetened condensed milk (you could substitute this with pretty much anything you can think of, Peanut butter, honey, yogurt, or cream.)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Take all ingredients and mix in food processor or with a mixer. I just used a hand mixer as I don’t have a food processor. You may just want to let them thaw for about 10 minutes if you do it this way so they aren’t quite as frozen.
Blend for about 5 minutes, you will feel the texture change and it starts to look like ice cream.
That is absolutely it!!! Enjoy.
So delicious and totally good for you too :) Never-mind that it is super easy to make!
Happy Monday!

I didn’t believe it was ice cream, especially not ice cream made from only frozen bananas. I scrolled through the recipe and the step-by-step guide twice, just to make sure I wasn’t missing something.

    *whew*
I was beginning to think I was being judged for not owning a food processor. Now that I know I’m not… maybe… I’ll treat myself to some ice cream!
    :)
