I am in chocolate week. You know the one where you just want sweet stuff.
Apparently even when you have started menopause the Universe says you should still eat chocolate.
This makes me happy.
So today…we have a ten minute, that’s right….ten minute delicious snack.
What you need:
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
1/4 cup all natural smooth peanut butter
What you do:
Prep a tray with some parchment paper to put bananas on while freezing in the freezer.
Mix chocolate chips and peanut butter together and microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted.
Cut banana into bite sized pieces. I did mine fairly small and got about ten pieces per banana.
Dip banana into chocolate, and place on the parchment paper, repeat until you have a tray of delicious.
Freeze for a minimum of two hours.
Now, try and keep these around, I dare you. Perfect chocolate fruitiness for summer.
